The Greenslake Homeowner Association welcomes you to your new community. We are glad you have chosen Greenslake and hope you will soon feel “at home.” We are proud of our community, where volunteer homeowners work together to make this a pleasant place to live.
Utilities are exclusive to each unit and must be contracted for by the owner. Utility services are provided by the following entities:
- Electric Dominion Energy (800) 251-7234
- Water Charleston Water System (843) 727-6800
- Sewer Berkeley County Water & Sanitation (843) 572-4400
You will soon notice some of the advantages we enjoy. Our location “at the end of the road” ensures that traffic is limited to people who live here or have business here. The ponds offer opportunities every day to observe wildlife – Mallard ducks, turtles, and egrets. The swimming pool, adjacent to the mail center is nicely landscaped and well maintained. The grounds are well-lit at night, adding to the security of Greenslake residents.
You will notice that Greenslake’s location is convenient to shopping. The plaza on Harbour Lake Road and Red Bank has a supermarket, drug store, take-out food places, and short trip to the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market.
When you purchased your home at Greenslake, you became a member of the Home Owners Association. The Board of Directors of the HOA is made up of owners who donate their time to take care of the business of the Association. After you are settled in, please attend the monthly meetings of the HOA to help look after your interests, and consider volunteering to serve on one of the committees. To contact the management of Greenslake, call the office at 569-8399 and leave a message with your phone number. Your call will be returned. Please read carefully the attached Greenslake HOA Regulations. Again, welcome to Greenslake community!
